It's estimated that 15-20% of children and young people in the UK are neurodivergent, meaning they have brains that function differently from what is considered typical. This figure equates to approximately one in five children and includes conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and Tourette's syndrome.
