Chris achieved immense success progressing young players into the professional game during a distinguished career that took in senior development roles at Watford, Luton and Reading football clubs.

He then seamlessly transitioned to working with senior players in the MLS and Canada where he enjoyed further success in winning the Canadian championship.

Chris’s wealth of experience is seen as the perfect complement to further mature the club’s young squad as the club look to build on the progress made at step 3 of the National League system.

In appointing Chris, the club would like to put on record their sincere appreciation of interim manager Ryan Jackett’s impressive stewardship of the team during the recruitment period for the new manager.

Ryan displayed immense maturity during his short tenure earning the immediate respect of both the players and the ‘Board’.

Similar acknowledgement is extended to coaches Kieran Turner and Liam Dwyer for their support of Ryan during this period.

The club are pleased to confirm that Ryan will remain a primary member of the new management team.
