We are delighted to confirm that our home fixture against Thame United on Saturday 28th September will be the official launch of the partnership.
Hector's House was set up in memory of Hector Stringer, who took his own life at the age of 18 in 2011. The charity, which is based in Berkhamsted, provides a range of services to prevent suicide through education, awareness and support.
During the partnership, the name Hector's House will appear on every home shirt worn by our players from U7 up to our 1st team, and their text support service number will appear on the 1st teams away kit.
In the build up the launch event, as a way of raising awareness of Hector's House and their work in suicide prevents, all club social media posts will swap our KLFC colours for Hector's House colours.
We will also be producing a special Digital Match Programme for the Thame United match.
Stay tuned to our social media channels for more information in the run up to the day.
If anyone needs someone to talk to, please do reach out to the Hector's House team or you can use their text service by texting HECTOR to 85258- it's open 24/7 and is completely confidential.
